Change - Design - Innovation

This workshop will focus on design leadership: how do designers lead? How do they innovate and change the culture in organizations?

The role of the designer has evolved and keeps evolving. It changes because it needs to adapt to a world in constant change. This workshop will discuss the meaning of change, design, and innovation, and how creativity and imagination are key competencies that designers can bring to the table to accelerate positive change and have an impact in the world.

We’ll learn that in times of fast technology change, the designer is called to be a thought leader and show the way in framing, analyzing, and solving today’s challenges in all sectors.
